From President Kennedy’s infamous aching back which his ladderback rocker helped sooth; to a poverty-stricken Appalachian grandmother bobbing away her afternoons on her shady porch; to a modern hospital maternity ward – rocking chairs are known for their therapeutic effects.
Our fine hand-crafted rockers combine a modern ergonomic design with traditional turned legs and stretchers. A hand-carved headrest with inset bobbins balances and completes the handsome design. Our chairs are hand-caned with durable synthetic material in a traditional double-line star pattern. Chairs are made in Spanish cedar or true Honduran mahogany.
Please specify your choice of headrest carving (Acanthus, Shell, or Daisy) and your choice of size (Adult, Medium, Child, or Doll).
